- syllables with simple sounds (e.g. lou, lin, leu, and so on.)

- syllables with visual confusion (e.g. bo, do, po) and auditory confusion (e.g. .: di, ti)

2) Word reading:

- single words (ex .: rire, tomate, and so forth.)

- complex words (eg: how many, explanation, etc.)

- irregular words (eg: woman, sir, and so on.)

3) Stopwatch (optional):

- allows the player (who wishes) to always improve their own reading time

4) Structuring visual cue (vial of energy):

- indicates to the player the number of successful items and the number of remaining items

Parents and teacher are interested in this educational application because it is aimed at beginner and intermediate readers. It is also recommended for young people with reading difficulties or impairments (eg: assembly dyslexia, autism, and so forth.).

Being carried out by a remedial teacher, the development of each level respects the stages of learning syllabic reading. Therefore, Bloups represents a fair, reasonable and motivating challenge which takes into account the development specific to each child. The focus is mainly on reading syllables; situation essential to good speed and accuracy in reading words and sentences. Indeed, reading pseudo-words (eg: remu, lumiron, bratoir, etc.) requires the student to read, to correctly decode each syllable, so he cannot "guess" the word by a global reading. To be a good reader, one must, among other things, master the two reading voices, that is to say, syllabic reading and global reading. Bloups therefore represents software for learning to read effectively.

The educational content of this software essentially promotes increased reading speed, decoding precision, learning phonemic fusion and learning segmentation of different syllabic constructions. It also contributes to the automation of the playback of compound sounds (eg: ou, on, in, en, an) and complex sounds (eg: g, c, aille, ouille, etc.). Finally, the reading of simple, complex and irregular words included in Bloups allows the player to bridge the gap between reading syllables and reading real words.

Goal of the game:

The player must listen to the syllable, the syllabic structure or the word given orally to then locate the correct answer among the bubbles proposed by the monsters. After 5 successes the player gets a 5 second game web page and after 20 successes (full vial) the player is led to the discovery of a new monster where the complexity of reading syllables is slightly more complex. For the learner, the goal is to collect as many monsters as possible and improve his own time if he picks up a monster! Learning to read well then becomes monstrously fun!

Variant:

It is possible for the adult to unlock all the monsters in the same row beforehand in order to offer only a specific monster to the child according to his needs individuals. For example, the adult will have unlocked monsters 31 and 32 so that the child only has to do monster 33 working on spatial and visual confusions b, d, p, q.
