First aid:

1) The watch cannot be connected (the watch cannot be connected after registration):

a) Check the net www.iget.eu okay your product where you will find a video on how to properly connect the watch. Please check it to see if the connection is working properly. Pair the watch only via the iGET GO application and not on the mobile phone: Settings - Bluetooth. If you see the watch paired here, pair / let it forget and pair only with iGET GO.

b) In the Android quick menu, turn the Location function off and on and try to connect the watch again.

c) In the Android quick menu, turn on and then turn off the Airplane function and try to connect the watch again.

d) On the mobile phone, select Settings - Applications - find the iGET GO application - click on it and then click on the Force termination button or similar name and restart the application.

For HUAWEI phones , it is IMPORTANT to check if there is an ok Android update. If so, then install it because Huawei phones generally have problems with Bluetooth, which have been gradually addressed by updates!

2) If the watch or application keeps disconnecting:

Each version of Android controls power consumption of the phone battery differently, in some cases it is necessary to set the system optimization so that Android does not automatically turn off applications running in the background.

The reason for ending the connection between the application / mobile phone and the watch is therefore the relevant version of Android running on the mobile phone, which controls the behavior and consumption of running applications in the background of the mobile phone and not the watch or application.

Always check your mobile phone for system updates before setting up Android optimizations below, and if so, install them first.

Every brand of mobile phones and every version of Android, it can have different settings / built. You can also contact your mobile phone manufacturer to send you a procedure on how to set HIS Android version for a given model so that it does not turn off the application or BT connection in the background after turning off the display.

3) Problems with display notifications on Android watches

in case you do not see notifications / notifications you need to check that you have notifications enabled:

a) in the Android professional application iGET GO
