M3 is a smartphone app that allows you to measure and calculate the surface area and volume of rooms in a house or apartment together with your mobile camera.
That you're a personal individual or an expert (architect, actual estate agent, mason, craftsman), M3 allows you to estimate the surface and the amount of any housing surroundings.
