YOU-DRIVE Manager

The new YOU-DRIVE Manager app enables driving instructors to conveniently access and record all important data in the car.

The highlights of the YOU-DRIVE Manager app:

► DASHBOARD

On the dashboard you have all the important information at a glance. Here you will find, for example, birthdays, current and upcoming appointments.

► MANAGE Learner drivers

In the app, you can call up all your active learner drivers and view all important details ( Dates, services, payments, training status, contact details etc.).

► DATES

The integrated appointment calendar shows all of your appointments. Of course, you can also create new appointments that you have just discussed with your student. You can create a performance from an appointment with one click, which can be signed directly by your student.

► CAPTURE PERFORMANCE

All important performances (incl . Other activities) can be recorded directly via the app and, if necessary, signed by your student. The services are automatically synchronized in the background so that they can be invoiced or certified directly in the YOU-DRIVE Manager on the PC. It is also possible to change and delete services that have not yet been invoiced, including entering the signature again.

► CAPTURING PAYMENTS

Provided that you accept payments in the vehicle , you can enter them directly in the app. They are sent to your YOU-DRIVE Manager account in the background and booked.

► SETTINGS AND INDIVIDUALIZATION

You can adjust the app precisely using the extensive setting options Your needs. You can preset many values ​​so that the acquisition of data is even faster.

► WORK ONLINE AND OFFLINE

If you have no or not always an Internet connection in the car, this is not a problem. The app synchronizes automatically as soon as you have reception again. Of course, you can still access all your data without an internet connection and enter new services, appointments and payments.

► COMPETENT AND RELIABLE SUPPORT

The app says You have a hotline button that connects you directly to the YOU-DRIVE hotline around the clock. Here you will be helped immediately, without a callback or appointment.

► RELIABLE SYNCHRONIZATION

The app automatically synchronizes the data with the server in the background via WiFi or cellular network . Without cables and from anywhere. You or your driving instructor no longer have to appear in the office in the evening to synchronize the data. Cables, manual synchronization and time-consuming corrections are finally a thing of the past.

► SECURITY

Your data is transmitted SSL-encrypted to the TÜV-certified data center in Germany. This is much safer than saving your data on your local computer or server.

► BACKUP

Your data is regularly backed up fully automatically. You no longer need to worry about making and storing backups.
