[About this app]

You can request a boarding reservation for the Koyuri-chan by entering the departure point and destination.

The requested reservation is confirmed. Then, you can get on and off the Koyuri-chan at the specified time and boarding point (*).

Also, you can check the current location of the vehicle and the estimated arrival time on the app in real time. Masu

* AI will specify the optimal boarding time and boarding / alighting point (bus stop or virtual bus stop (VBS)) each time according to the reservation status.

* Please note that you cannot freely get on and off at any point other than the designated point.

[How to use the app]

① Request for boarding reservation

Enter the departure point and destination at the timing you want to board the Koyuri-chan and request a reservation

② Reservation confirmation notice

Reservation confirmed Then, information about boarding / alighting such as "boarding time / boarding point / vehicle information / scheduled arrival time" will be notified.

③ Move to boarding place

Please move by the boarding time. Bus stop or VBS is specified as the boarding point

On the app, a map from the current location to the boarding point is displayed, and you can also check the current location of the vehicle and the scheduled pick-up time in real time

④ Boarding the Koyuri-chan

When the vehicle arrives, you can board after confirming your identity at the time of boarding. While boarding, you can check the route to the drop-off point and the estimated arrival time in real time on the app.

* Please pay the fare at the time of boarding according to the prescribed method. This app has only a reservation function and does not have a fare settlement function.

⑤ Get off the Koyuri-chan

At the drop-off point (bus stop or VBS) specified when the reservation is confirmed. When you arrive, you can verify your identity again and get off.
