Practice multiplication tables

Children from the 2nd grade can use the multiplication table app to playfully train painting and dividing tasks of the multiplication table and multiplication table with tens.
Before the training starts, the children choose whether they want to use numbers , would like to play with Nick and Emma from the textbook Thinking and Arithmetic, with Flex and Flo or with Zahlix and Zahline from the world of numbers.
The app consists of three arithmetic worlds, each of which corresponds to different levels of difficulty:
• The frog pond contains tasks of the level of difficulty easy: All 10 tasks and the corresponding results can be seen. The results should be correctly assigned to the tasks.
• The island contains tasks of medium difficulty: A number is missing in the task displayed. There are three numbers to choose from, from which the correct one should be selected and used in the task.
• The beach contains tasks of the difficult level: In each of the shells there is a task that is to be calculated without a choice . The correct result is typed in using the keyboard at the bottom of the screen.
All tasks can thus be practiced at different levels of difficulty. With the choice of the arithmetic world, the children decide for themselves whether they want to make their training easier or more difficult.
The children can also decide for themselves whether they want to do the painting or division tasks of the multiplication table or the multiplication table with tens and which number series you want to practice. With the selection "mix of numbers", the series of numbers can also be trained mixed.
The aim is to solve as many tasks as possible in the given time and to achieve the highest possible number of points. When calculating against time, the children are motivated to repeat the games and tasks in order to achieve new personal bests.
If 5, 10 or 15 tasks are calculated correctly one after the other, there are additional bonus points. These are displayed as bronze, silver or gold stars during the game.
The medals that are collected when all painting or divided tasks have been trained within a difficulty level provide further motivation.
All individual and best performances are shown in an overview so that the children can see immediately which series of numbers they have already calculated and how many points and bonus stars they have collected. For every new personal best there is a new puzzle piece for a reward picture.
